Collection: Plains Indian Metal Work German Silver

The items in this collection are made of German Silver which is an allow of nickel, zink and copper first developed in Germany about 1860.  It was traded widely to American Indians and has become the traditional metal for this type of work.

All the pieces are made here in our shop by native American craftsmen.  We try to make each piece different.  They are hand polished to a high shine that sometimes does not show up in the pictures.
